Before your wedding day comes, it is important that you take save the date photos. Most couples use these photos for their invitations or their wedding website. Every couple is different, we recommend incorporating your vibe as a couple into your photoshoot.
There are several locations in the RGV to take engagement sessions, most places do charge so most of the time we have our couples contact them directly for availability and pricing. Whatever location you choose just make sure to have fun and enjoy your fiance era.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SESSION
Besides choosing a location, it is important that you prepare what you and your fiance will wear. You don't have to wear formal wedding attire. Consider bringing 2 outfits, one dressier look for elegant, romantic photos and one casual outfit that feels more natural and relaxed. Don't forget the little details before your photo session such as keep your skin moisturized, get plenty of rest, drink water and avoid trying new skincare products.
Leave the hard part to us, you don't need to know how to pose! We will guide you throughout the session.
Instead of worrying about looking perfect, focus on each other—hold hands, laugh, walk together, whisper something sweet, and enjoy being engaged. The best photos often happen in between the poses. Your Save the Date session isn't just about getting a pretty photo—it's about documenting this short, exciting season of your relationship.
Don't put too much pressure on yourselves to be perfect. Laugh, cuddle, enjoy each other, and let your photographer capture the genuine moments. Those are the images you'll love looking back on years from now.
